Purchase and access
Full Speed Frans is planned as a one-time digital purchase with no recurring subscription. The current launch price shown on the website is €3.49. Any taxes included or applied at checkout will be shown before payment is completed.
Personal licence
A valid purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable right to access and play Full Speed Frans for private use, subject to these terms and continued availability of the service. The game, characters, artwork, audio, code and branding remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders.
Accounts, saves and leaderboards
Game access may use an account or purchase entitlement to restore access across supported devices. Cloud-save, progression and leaderboard features may depend on an internet connection. Players must not manipulate scores, abuse the service, impersonate others or attempt to bypass purchase, security or anti-cheat systems.
Availability and changes
The game may be updated, balanced, maintained or temporarily unavailable for technical or security reasons. We may modify features where reasonably necessary to operate, secure or improve the service.

Refunds and consumer rights
Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections that apply to them under applicable law.
