Information we may receive
- Support messages: if you email us, we receive the information you include in that message.
- Website technical data: hosting and security providers may process standard request data such as IP address, browser information and timestamps to deliver and protect the site.
- Purchase information: when sales open, Stripe will process payments. We may receive details such as purchase email, payment status, transaction identifiers and customer identifiers. We do not intend to store full card numbers.
- Game/account data: when the game launches, account, cloud-save, leaderboard and progression information may be stored so the service can function.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the website and game, provide purchases and account access, maintain cloud saves and leaderboards, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, meet legal obligations and protect the service.
Service providers
The site is hosted using Cloudflare services. Payments will be processed by Stripe. These providers may process information under their own privacy terms in order to provide hosting, security, payment and related services.
Retention and security
We aim to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

This notice may be updated as the game moves from pre-launch into public sales and account features. The current version will be published on this page.
