Refund Policy
Before access begins
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within the period provided by applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Immediate access to digital content
Where permitted by law, if you choose to receive immediate access to Full Speed Frans during an applicable withdrawal period, checkout may ask you to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right will be lost once supply of the digital content begins. We will provide the confirmation required by applicable law.
Technical problems or non-conforming content
If you cannot access the game after a successful purchase, are charged incorrectly, or the digital content is not supplied as agreed, contact us at support@fullspeedfrans.com. We will investigate and provide any remedy, including a refund where required by applicable law.
Duplicate or accidental charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact support with the purchase email and payment date so we can investigate.
How to request help or a refund
Email support@fullspeedfrans.com with the email used at checkout and a short description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
Statutory rights
This policy does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under Maltese or EU law.
